Anjana Datta

An Indian Classical Music practitioner, a Sangeet Visharad and award-winning performer, as well as an accomplished architect. She has performed in more than 1,000 shows across New Jersey, New York, California, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, and various cities in India. She is the recipient of the Best Female Singer in the Tri-State Area award by IFAB Awards USA. She is the founder of Raagas and Melodies Music Institute, Edison, New Jersey.
She is also the founder of the event organizing company M3 Entertainments (Moods, Melodies, and Masti), which supports NGOs focused on children’s development across India through fund-raising musical events.
Anjana has published several original songs in the Ghazal and Semi-Classical Indian music genres. She has sung title tracks for Netflix movies and original devotional tracks commemorating the occasion of Shiv Murthi Sthapana at Guruji Temple, Kilmer, Edison.
She has served as a judge in several music competitions in both the USA and India and has been honored with numerous awards in both countries for excellence in music and music promotion by organizations such as Nupur Naad Sangsthya and Akhil Bhartiya Sangeet Academy.
In addition to music, she has acted in and directed various plays, beginning in college and continuing passionately to this day.
Anjana holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Design from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. She founded her own architecture and construction firm, Archomage Architects, which executed several prestigious projects in India, including at Jamia Millia University and the Delhi Metro. She is currently consulting as a Project Manager for one of the biggest retail chains in the USA.
